REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Wedding Planning Services

● Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of 20% is required to secure your date and commence planning services.

● Cancellations 90+ Days Prior: If the event is canceled more than 90 days before the scheduled date, any payments made beyond the completed services will be refunded.

● Cancellations Under 90 Days: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the event, as the majority of the planning work has already been completed.

Decorations and Rentals

● Order Adjustments: Reductions to the rental or floral order must be made 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be given for items removed from the invoice after this date.

● Rental Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of 5% or minimum 20,000LKR may be required. This will be fully refunded within 7 business days post-event, provided all rental items are returned undamaged.

● Damages: If rental items are damaged or lost, the replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit. If the cost exceeds the deposit, the Client will be invoiced for the remaining balance.

Wedding Coordination Services

● Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required upon booking.

● Cancellations: If canceled more than 60 days before the event, payments beyond the retainer are refundable. Cancellations within 60 days of the event will not be refunded.
