Event Confirmation & Terms

Thank you for confirming your event with Anywhera Events. We are honoured to be part of your special occasion and committed to delivering a seamless and refined experience.
Payment Terms
• 50% Advance – Payable two (2) months before the event
• Balance Payment – Payable seven (7) days before the event
• All advance payments are strictly non-refundable
Security Deposit
• Refundable within seven (7) days after the event, subject to any damages or losses
Additional Services
• Floor Plan Design(Must be confirmed at least two months before the event)
• Floral Decor Sample
• Complimentary for decor packages exceeding • Below this value, samples can be Arranged at per-table cost
Design & Execution
• Final setup will reflect the approved concept; however, minor variations may occur due to flower/ material availability or environmental conditions
• Any changes to the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional charges
Client Responsibility
• Client is responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of rental items during the event
• Full replacement/repair costs will be charged if applicable
• All items remain the property of Anywhera Events and will be dismantled after the event
Operational Conditions
• Client/venue must provide timely access for setup and dismantling
• Delays caused by third parties or venue restrictions are not the responsibility of Anywhera Events.
• Adequate power supply must be ensured by the client/venue

Event Conditions
• Outdoor events require approved weather backup arrangements
• Date changes are subject to availability and revised costing
Force Majeure Anywhera
Events is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., weather, government restrictions, unforeseen incidents)
